Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Petra Business Suites (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Service”). By accessing or using Petra Business Suites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By creating an account or using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts & Access

  • Each user must register with accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly based on the number of active users on your account.
  • Payment is due upfront at the start of each billing cycle.
  • You will be issued an invoice seven (7) days before your current subscription expires.
  • If you increase the number of users during a billing cycle, you must pay the additional amount immediately, calculated on a prorated basis until the end of the current subscription.
  • Cancellations can be made at any time, but will only take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
  • Refunds are only granted in cases of non-performance, such as extended server downtime.

4. Pricing & Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing, features, or plans. Any changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will notify you in advance of any material changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Share login credentials with unauthorized users.
  • Misuse the Service in a way that burdens or damages our systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided through Petra Business Suites remain our property or that of our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business operations.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous Service availability. However, temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for downtime, except as described under our Refund Policy.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms,
  • Fail to make timely payments,
  • Engage in misuse or abuse of the Service.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and data may be deleted according to our data retention policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Petra Business Suites, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13. Changes to the Terms
